Bishram has over 35 years of professional experience at various senior levels including SBU Head and CIO- in the Manufacturing industry in companies like Tata Steel, Ispat Industries, Datamatics, Tata Infotech/ Tata Consultancy Services and Lionbridge Technologies. Ashit Sinha has a vast range of national and international HRM experience spanning more than three decades. He started his career as a trainee welfare officer with Public Sector giant Coal India’s subsidiary Western Coal Fields Ltd. He has worked with leading Industrial organizations including Apollo Tyresand Swedish Multinational SKF Bearings. He called it a day to full time Industry in the year 2000, when he left Steel major Ispat Industries Ltd as a Senior Vice President (HRD), to pursue a career in University Administration and academics which had been his long cherished objective. He had been appointed as Pro-Vice Chancellor of the Mahatma Gandhi International Hindi University, Wardha (The only Central University created by an Act of Parliament in Maharashtra). He has worked as Prof. of HRM & Business law at Institute of Management Technology for two years.

Ashit Sinha had been a visiting Faculty in the Department of Business Management Nagpur University for six years. He has been conducting management training and workshops for various leading Public and Private sector companies including Indian Ordinance Factory, Western Coalfields Ltd, L&T, and HUL etc.

Harish Suri

Harish B. Suri, an alumnus of  Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, and Management from FMS, Delhi, with more than 25 years of corporate experience —including International Markets. He is  pursuing his Ph.D (2015-Batch) from NITIE, Mumbai

 Mostly worked for Multi-Billion Dollar and FORTUNE 500 Companies. Held various roles & ranks of leadership addressing a range of challenging tasks in companies like ORG Systems, Digital (now Compaq-HP), Fujitsu ICIM (Fujitsu, Japan + ICL,UK) ,Unisys, Motorola & UTStarcom. Mukund has  30 years+, 15 years at Director/President level in the area of Business transformation and Organization development, 18 years in senior and middle management role.

Mukund is a Senior Certified Power Coach by CLI International Canada. He has completed over 500 Client coaching hours. Mukund has coached 15 CEO level Executives over the last two years.

Mukund worked as the Director & Group CIO and had also handled Group HR and business transformation responsibilities at Welspun Group . Welspun Group is one of India’s fastest growing conglomerates having registered a CAGR of 30% over the last decade with revenues of USD 3.5 billion. It has a presence across five business verticals –Steel Pipes, Textiles, Steel; Infrastructure; and Energy.

Prior to Welspun, Mukund was a Director- Global Business solutions with Ranbaxy Laboratories Ltd. Mukund has also been associated with Ispat Industries, HCL Infosystems Ltd., PwC and Tata Steel.

Girish is a B. Com., FCA and holds a distinction of being Rashtrabhasha Ratna (Hindi). Girish is a practicing Chartered accountant specializing in Taxation, company Law & Project Consultancy. He has prepared / got financed more than 500 projects till date.

Girish is an International Qualified Trainer (Excel) JC International Coral Gables USA, and conducted more than 800 programs on Effective Public Speaking, Team Building and Delegation, Self Management for Success, Financial Project Planning, Goal Setting, Creativity, Effective Communication, Leadership and Finance for Non-Finance Executives etc.

He is also Visiting faculty at Govt. and Semi-Government organizations, Banks, Limited companies, Institute of Chartered Accountants of India & other Professional and Social organizations, etc. He has Compiled & published a book in Association with V.E.D.C (Vidarbha Economic Development Council) for Lady Entrepreneurs: – “ONE SMALL STEP”, In December 1996.He is member of several professional organizations.
