Balanced Scorecard is a management tool developed by Harvard University Professors, Robert Kaplan & David Norton, in 1992 as “a measure that drives performance”. Balanced Scorecard is organized around four distinct perspectives such as Customer, Finance, Internal & Innovation & Learning. It provides a realistic balance between short term & long-term objectives and financial & non-financial measures of performance. Since its evolution, Balanced Scorecard has become the most used Management Technique.
A day workshop was conducted @ Bombay Chamber of Commerce & Industry. Twelve participants from 8 companies enjoyed the day deliberations and were delighted with the workshop.
